Henderson Construction completed the design and build of a 2,020 sq. ft. commercial space, thoughtfully laid out to include a lunchroom, workshop area, two washrooms, office space, and a reception/display area. The renovation included the installation of new exterior doors, engineering and cutting for a new overhead door, and replacing the existing overhead entry. The interior was commercially framed, insulated, and outfitted with required fire separations. Mechanical systems were replaced or reworked, including the addition of controlled exhaust systems for the shop area. The project also involved a complete upgrade of the plumbing and electrical systems. This build showcases our ability to deliver high-performance, customized commercial spaces that balance functionality with professional appeal.
