Work includes bulk excavation and site preparation for a new parking area, followed by backfilling, fine grading, and the installation of stormwater drainage infrastructure to ensure effective runoff management. The scope also includes pavement markings for parking stalls, accessible spaces, and traffic flow, seamlessly integrated with the existing parking layout. Additional improvements include the installation of new concrete curbs, upgraded lighting and electrical infrastructure to enhance visibility and security, and comprehensive landscaping and site restoration, featuring new sod, trees, shrubs, and decorative stone to create a functional and visually appealing environment.
