Custom House

Rice Lake, Ontario

Henderson Construction completed the full turn-key build of a custom home, beginning with the design and construction of a 1,600 ft entry and driveway, along with regrading the site to suit the home’s layout and elevation. Our team handled all excavation and final grading, including the installation of a septic system and natural grade drainage. We poured footings and foundations, and framed a spacious open-concept three-bedroom home featuring a three-bay garage and a walkout basement with an expansive deck. The build included full mechanical installations—electrical service, HVAC systems, and plumbing rough-ins—along with the installation of windows, exterior and interior doors, and detailed trim work throughout. This project highlights our ability to manage complex, full-scope custom builds from the ground up.
